The Bag in Box is a box with a dispenser and a bag with anti-oxygen barriers that contains the wine under vacuum. Thus, in the absence of air, the wine maintains its organoleptic properties optimally, guaranteeing the quality of the product until the last glass. This packaging has a carbon footprint 8 times less than a 750 ml glass bottle, low initial weight and reduced waste. The unopened BIB guarantees the quality of the product for 8 to 10 months after the packaging date. Once opened, the wine remains in perfect condition for at least 21 days.

Intense purplish red color. Complex aromas of red fruits, hints of vanilla and coffee from its aging in oak. Smooth and balanced on palate, with notes of plums, chocolate and coffee. Ideal combination with red meats, pasta or fish and white meats with spicy sauces.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 5 days at 6-8 ° C. Addition of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with a controlled temperature between 24-26 ° C for 10 days. Daily pumping over with delestages at the beginning of the fermentation. Post fermentation maceration for 12 days.
