Alluvial soil (formed by rests of materials from the Tunuyán River). Sandy silt soil. Lean soils where the plant naturally balances towards low production, thus obtaining grapes highly concentrated in colour and flavour.
Cold nights and great thermal amplitude, favour obtaining high quality wines and aromatic expression.

Intense purple red color. It presents cherries, red and black fruits aromas. Good balance between its fruit and oak bouquet. Blackberries and various red fruits on palate. It is elegant, balanced, with good volume and firm tannins that promise a perfect aging.
Ideal combination with grilled meats and vegetables, pasta or hard cheeses.
Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature between 24 -26 °C for 12 days. Daily pump-overs with delestage at the beginning of the fermentation. Post fermentation maceration for 12 days.
