Different winemaking methods, along with various grape styles and blends, give life to our extensive line of sparkling wines.
VARIETAL COMPOSITION :
50% Chardonnay / 50% Moscatel
FROM :
Uco Valley, Mendoza.
Light yellow color, with greenish hues, delicate and abundant bubbles form a constant rosary from the base of the glass. On the nose it presents tropical fruits, stone fruits and citrus, with aromas of white flowers such as orange blossom and honeysuckle. In the mouth it presents a natural sweetness, coming from residual grape sugar, in balance with a very good acidity. Abundant floral and fruity notes, good volume and delicate finish.
The sparkling wine is made by the Charmat Method blending the musts of the two varieties, in a single fermentation. The must is obtained by direct pressing of the grapes, then it is naturally clarified, until a good cleaning is achieved. Subsequently placed in the tank, adding selected yeasts to start fermentation. Once the right pressure and residual sugar level are achieved fermentation is interrupted by cooling the tank. Finally, the product is bottled and labelled.
