VARIETAL COMPOSITION :
50% Torrontés / 30% Viognier / 20% Sauvignon Blanc

Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. 1030 meters above sea level.
Bright greenish-yellow color with fine bubbles. Fruity and elegant in nose. Flowers, white peaches and citrus aromas. Its combination of sugar and acidity ends in a completely integrated sweetness. Good volume and delicate finish. Ideal as an aperitif, versatile in cocktails. Excellent combination with desserts or ice cream.
BASE WINE
We obtain the juice by pneumatic pressing. We cool the must at 4 °C, and settle lees, racking and addition of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days in stainless steel tanks, temperature control between 14-16 °C.
SECOND FERMENTATION
We blend the base wines and start the fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation lasts 40 days.
