The Casablanca Valley falls within the Aconcagua wine region.
The influence of the sea in this sub-region of Casablanca helps to maintain a moderate temperature that ranges between 23°C and 27°C during the summer months. Its coastal rains and its status as a "cold climate valley" is what makes it possible to obtain wines with intense acidity and surprising varietal typicity.
This unique terroir conveys the uniqueness of our Sauvignon Blanc.
