This particular red wine is obtained by carbonic maceration, which consists of fermenting whole bunches.
The absence of oxygen produces a series of physiological changes inside the grains that make it possible to obtain wines that are easier to drink, less astringent, and enzymatic processes that increase their aromatic capacity.

Elegant wine with defined aromatic characteristics. Fruity and fresh, with hints of plum and raspberry. On the palate it is soft and delicate, with sweet and silky tannins. It is a very easy to drink wine.
It is perfect to accompany meals with red meat and stuffed pasta. Ideal as an aperitif.
The ripe grapes are harvested and carefully selected for carbonic maceration. This is an intracellular fermentation that takes place in the absence of oxygen, for which the tank is loaded with whole bunches and then carbon dioxide is added.
