To achieve a subtle and elegant rosé wine, it is macerated for only a few hours and fermented at a very low temperature. Selected yeasts are sown to enhance the aroma of Malbec.

Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo. 1030 meters above sea level.
Red fruits, cherry, raspberry and plum. On the palate it is a wine with good structure and balanced acidity. Wine extremely easy to drink, ideal as an aperitif.
It accompanies dishes with white meat, fish or shellfish, as well as pasta with creamy sauces.
The ripe grapes are harvested. Once the bunches are clean, they are taken to the press and macerated cold for a couple of hours, until the desired color is achieved. The must is then extracted and vinified as white wine. Selected yeasts are sown and fermented at a temperature between 12 and 14º.
It does not have malolactic fermentation.
