“Complexity” is the fundamental attribute of this wine due to its fermentation in new French soft toast oak barrels.

Intense yellow color with greenish hues. Citrus aromas and subtle smoky notes from the barrel. The notes of pineapple, citrus in general, with floral scents and a hint of vanilla appear on the palate. A wine of excellent structure but at the same time soft and creamy. Ideal combination with white meat, seafood, fish and seafood.
Obtention of the juice by pneumatic pressing. Free-run must cooled at 4 °C, decantation of lees. Alcoholic fermentation in French barrels, by addition of selected yeasts and control of the fermentation temperature at 16-18 °C.
