Aged in 100% French medium toast oak barrels. The oak gives complexity allowing the characteristic fruit of this variety to stand out.

Ruby red color with violet tones. Aromas of red and black fruit such as cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cherry and currants, combined with a fine oak bouquet. It is a delicate, soft wine with strawberry and red fruit flavors. The oak gives vanilla and smoky notes. Soft and balanced tannins. Ideal combination with hunting dishes, white meats, pasta with cream and fish.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 7 days at 6-8 °C. Addition of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature between 22-24 °C for 10 days. Daily delestage at the beginning of the fermentation, with special emphasis on skin care. Post fermentation maceration for 7 days.
