"Fumé" comes from French, alluding to smoke as one of the notes of its oak aging. A style of wine associated internationally with the west coast of the USA is known by this name. Fumé Blanc: oak-aged Sauvignon Blanc.

Intense yellow color with green hues. Citrus aromas and subtle toasted and vanilla notes. In the mouth, passion fruit, pink grapefruit and asparagus appear, accompanied by the aromas from the oak barrels. Good acidity and finish in the mouth. Ideal combination with accompany seafood, fish and green salads.
Obtention of the juice by pneumatic pressing. Must cooled at 4 °C, sediment settling. Alcoholic fermentation in French oak barrels, by addition of selected yeasts and control of the fermentation temperature.
