Golden yellow color. Aromas of apricot and peach, with honey and spices aromas. Soft wine with predominance of overripe fruits in the mouth. Ideal combinations with blue cheese and creamy pasta, fruit tarts, cheese cakes and citrus desserts.
Obtention of the juice by pneumatic pressing. Addition of selected yeasts. Controlled alcoholic fermentation between 16-18 °C for 15 days. Fermentation is halted by refrigeration, leaving a significant amount of residual sugar.
