Viña Las Perdices is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, at 1,030 m.a.s.l. Since the seventies our family fell in love with these lands and took as a challenge the cultivation and creation of high quality wines.

50% Malbec / 25% Cabernet Franc / 25% Petit Verdot

Deep violet red color. Complexity and aromatic elegance with predominance of red fruits. Soft unctuous palate. Voluminous and persistent. Ideal combination with red meat, pasta or white meat with spicy sauces.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 7 days at 6-8 °C, to highlight the fruity character of this wine. Addition of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature between 24-26 °C for 10 days. Daily délestages at the beginning of the fermentation. Post fermentation maceration for 5 days.
