Viña Las Perdices is located at the foot of the Andes Mountains, in Agrelo, Luján de Cuyo, at 1,030 m.a.s.l. Since the seventies our family fell in love with these lands and took as a challenge the cultivation and creation of high quality wines.

Ruby red color. Complex aromas of cherries and blueberries, complied with fragrance of apricot and white peach. In the mouth it shows its full potential, soft, round, meaty and tasty. Mature tannins well achieved. Long and refined finish. This wine shows the typical characters of these two grape varieties, co-fermented to achieve their synergy and grant complexity. Ideal combination with small game dishes, well prepared dishes and all kinds of mushrooms.
Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 7 days at 6-8 °C. Addition of selected yeasts. Alcoholic fermentation with controlled temperature between 22-24 °C for 10 days. Daily delestage at the beginning of the fermentation. Post fermentation maceration for 7 days.
